Storia (Storia — registered business address to be finalized before launch) operates the Storia audio drama platform (the “Service”) and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, that is generated as you use the Service, and that we receive from third parties.

Information you provide directly

• •Account data: name or nickname, email address, password (stored as a hash), date of birth (for age-gating), and profile photo if you upload one.
• •Sign-in data from third parties (Google, Facebook): basic profile fields these providers share with us when you sign in.
• •Purchase data: receipts and tokens from Google Play Billing when you buy Coins, a subscription, or any other in-app product.Storia does not see or store your full card number — Google handles billing.
• •Communications you send us: support requests, feedback, or comments on shows.

Information collected automatically

• •Device data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, advertising ID, IP address, network type, app version, and crash logs.
• •Usage data: the shows and episodes you open, listening time, playback position, search queries, reactions, and which screens you visit.
• •Location data (approximate): coarse country/region inferred from IP, used for content licensing and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• •Cookies and similar technologies on our website to support basic site functionality and analytics.

• •Provide, operate, and improve the Service and its features.
• •Personalize the home feed, recommend shows, and remember where you left off.
• •Process Coin purchases, subscription billing, and reward grants (e.g., daily check-in, rewarded video credit).
• •Identify and authenticate you, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• •Send service messages (purchase receipts, password resets, policy updates) and — if you opt in — marketing notifications about new shows.
• •Measure performance with first-party analytics and aggregated, non-identifying reports.
• •Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

• •Service providers: hosting (cloud infrastructure), crash reporting, push notifications, analytics, attribution, and customer support vendors that process data on our behalf.
• •Payment platforms: Google Play for in-app purchase processing.
• •Authentication providers: Google and Facebook, when you choose to sign in with them.
• •Authorities: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the Service.
• •Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your listening history with advertisers in a way that identifies you personally.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal purposes.

Subject to local laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@storiafm.com. You can also delete your account from within the app at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly of any suspected breach.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated date above and, where required by law, notify you of material changes.
